Job summary

Apple A Day Supply is seeking a flexible Primary Supply Teacher to cover schools across Bath & North East Somerset. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, maintaining strong behaviour management, and supporting pupils to reach their potential.

Applicants should hold QTS or equivalent, with experience in KS1/KS2, and knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. A DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required, with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within the primary age range.
• Secure knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, including core subjects across KS1 and KS2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Bath & North East Somerset.
• Support pupils in reaching their potential and manage classroom behaviour.
• Adapt lessons to the needs of diverse learners, including SEND pupils.
• Collaborate with schools and Apple A Day Supply to coordinate placements.
