Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is recruiting for a SEND Learning Support Assistant in Oldham to support a specialist SEND primary school. The role is long-term and full-time, with potential to become permanent.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with behaviour management, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils are supported throughout the school day. The role requires experience in SEND settings and with autism/ASD, SEMH, or related needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support in SEND settings.
• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils with SEND needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and adaptable approach in classroom settings.

Responsibilities
