Aspire People is recruiting Teaching Assistants for a range of roles across Warwickshire, including full-time, part-time, temporary, supply, long-term and permanent positions.

We value candidates who are passionate about supporting children's learning, who build trusting relationships with pupils, and who are patient, adaptable and team-friendly. Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications are desirable, but transferable experience and a genuine love of education matter too.
