Academics is seeking a Learning Support Worker to join our school team in Cheltenham. You will provide one-to-one and small-group help to pupils, supporting learning, development and wellbeing while building confidence and independence.
You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities for individual needs, monitor progress and FB staff. A caring, patient approach and safeguarding commitment are essential.

Rate: 90 - 105 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with their learning, development, communication and wellbeing. You will help children overcome barriers to learning and encourage them to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.

Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional learning needs, is desirable. However, we welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates who are keen to develop their experience and make a positive difference.
