Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a SEN school in Chelmsford to assist children with learning difficulties in a structured school setting.

Ideal candidates come from care backgrounds, are patient, compassionate and reliable, with enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to apply. No school experience is required, but training in education and SEN support will be provided.

• Supporting children with learning difficulties and additional needs in the classroom
