The role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom alongside the class teacher
• Helping children stay focused, engaged and confident in their learning
• Working with small groups or one to one with pupils who need extra support
• Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities
• Building positive relationships and encouraging good behaviour
