Job summary

Reed is actively recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across a variety of educational settings in the United Kingdom. As an LSA you will support students with diverse learning needs, provide one-to-one or small group assistance, and collaborate with teachers.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is advantageous but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for supporting education and student development.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one).

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students access learning and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Encouraging student engagement and participation
