Prospero Teaching is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Chiswick, starting September 2026. The role is full-time, 8:30am–4:00pm, term-time only, with 1:1 support for SEN students.

The school offers staff development through accredited CPD and an in-house training team. The contract is temporary with potential extension based on performance and school needs.

JOB TITLE - Primary LSA

Prospero Teaching is looking for a LSA to join one of our lovely schools in the Chiswick area, full time, September 2026 START!

The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS

• Location – Chiswick, W4
• Type of work – TA – 1:1 support with SEN individuals
• Position – Learning Support Assistant
• Contract start date – September 2026
• Contract end date – July 2027 (term time only, possible ongoing)
• Contract type – Temporary Contract
• Working hours – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday (term time only)
• Full time – Yes
• Minimum rate of pay – £100 per day

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 or 2 experience in the UK
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training issued in the last year

ELIGIBILITY

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate, registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for a new one
• Two professional child‑related references covering at least the last two years
