Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role in Chiswick, starting September 2026. Contract is temporary with potential extension; hours are 8:30am–4pm, Monday to Friday (term time only).

The position requires at least 1 year of KS1/KS2 experience in the UK and up-to-date safeguarding training. Candidate must have Right to Work in the UK, be willing to undergo DBS checks, and provide two professional references from the last two years.

Prospero Teaching is looking for a LSA to join one of our lovely schools in the Chiswick area, full time, September 2026 START!

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

The school is a popular mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Chiswick, W4.
• Type of work: TA - 1:1 support with SEN individuals.
• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Contract or position start date: September 2026 start
• Duration / Likely Duration: end of the academic year July 2027 (possibly on-going)

• Minimum rate of pay: Minimum rate £100 per day
• Hours: 8:30 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 OR 2 experience in the UK

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
