Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school from September on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work with teaching staff to support students with a range of learning needs.

The role focuses on removing barriers to learning, promoting engagement and helping pupils reach their academic and personal potential within a supportive school community. Scale 4 pay and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school that is looking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA). The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to succeed, and staff are valued as an integral part of the wider school community.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) from September on a permanent contract. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning, promote student engagement and encourage academic and personal development.
