Job summary

Bradford Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for our primary provision. You will work with class teachers to raise learning and attainment, promote independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and give targeted support to pupils so they can access the curriculum and experience achievement.

The role is a full-time equivalent with term-time plus 5 days, and requires a full enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK, helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment for

• Experience supporting pupils in a primary setting.
• Ability to support individuals or groups to access curriculum.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check and meet UK eligibility requirements.
