Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our education team in Bradford. This temporary role involves supporting students with a range of learning needs to access education and develop confidence.

You will work one-to-one or in small groups, assist with SEND needs, and help teachers deliver engaging lessons while tracking progress and maintaining records. A commitment to safeguarding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
