Richard Lee Primary School in Coventry is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work across year groups from Early Years to Year 6. You will assist with lesson delivery, planning and pupil support during PPA times, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

The role requires experience with primary pupils, knowledge of EYFS and the national curriculum, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and the national curriculum; willingness to develop further.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults and to lead a class.

Responsabilités

• Planning and preparation of lessons for individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Delivering lessons and learning experiences to individuals, groups and classes.
• Assessing progress and reporting on pupil development and attainment.
• Support for pupils' physical and emotional needs and staff training activities.
