Qualifications

• Previous HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant
• Confident leading whole-class learning independently
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• HLTA qualification desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across different year groups
• Provide PPA and class cover when required
• Support teachers in raising attainment and pupil achievement
• Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and senior leaders
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
