Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during short-term absence, delivering pre-planned activities.
• Manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide accurate feedback to teachers on engagement and progress.
• Support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development across the school.
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to achieve best outcomes.
• Respond to issues during lessons following school procedures.
