Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the practice team, overseeing staffing, recruitment, performance management and staff development.
• Managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with NHS requirements, CQC standards, employment legislation and practice policies.
• Monitoring performance, supporting achievement of contractual targets, overseeing patient access and appointment systems, and driving continuous quality improvement.
