Job summary

The Menston And Guiseley Practice is seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead our team of clinicians and support staff. You will provide strong leadership across operational, HR, financial and business management functions, supported by an Assistant Practice Manager.

Working closely with the GP Partners, you will ensure NHS compliance, drive service improvements, manage budgets and estates, and promote a positive, professional environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in general practice or NHS environments.
• Proven leadership and staff management capability.
• Strong understanding of practice finance, HR, governance and service development.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel and SystmOne.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the Practice.
• Lead HR and staff management, including recruitment and performance management.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ensure NHS compliance, governance, health and safety requirements.
• Oversee estates, contracts and ongoing service development.
