Job summary

Qualifications

• Follows the NMC Code of Conduct and maintains professional standards.
• Prioritises people and promotes professionalism and trust.
• Recognises own competencies and seeks guidance when needed.
• Delivers care to patients with long term conditions using both drug and non-drug approaches.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with long term health conditions.
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans with long term conditions.
• Support adherence to prescribed treatments and review medicines.
• Run influenza clinics and provide vaccines per PSDs/PGDs where indicated.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure safe storage of medicines.
• Supervise students and new staff where appropriate.
