Job summary

Prospect Medical Group is seeking a qualified Nurse to join our primary care team. You will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in the surgery and occasionally undertake home visits.

Manage your own patient caseload with care plans, and support health screening, chronic disease management, and patient education within clinic protocols. You will work as part of a nursing team, maintaining excellent service standards and liaising with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current PIN.
• Post-registration study in topics allied to general practice.
• Basic IT skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in surgery and occasional home visits.
• Manage individual patient caseload with an up-to-date plan of care reflecting assessments.
• Initiate and maintain health screening and promotion clinics for the practice population.
