Job summary

College Surgery Partnership is seeking a practice nurse to join our friendly team serving 19,000+ patients. The role covers a full range of treatment room duties, chronic disease management and health screening under supervision of our GP partners and nurse team.

The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, health education and vaccination services, with opportunities for professional development across our four village branches in Devon.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current UK registration and DBS in good standing.
• Postgraduate qualification in Primary Care is desirable.
• Experience in chronic disease management and health promotion expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services, treatments and health screening in collaboration with GPs.
• Undertake long-term condition management, including diabetes care.
• Perform venepuncture, ECGs and routine observations; administer vaccines where appropriate.
• Capture and maintain accurate clinical notes and ensure patient safety.
