Job summary

The Health Centre Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP surgery team. You will provide general practice nursing services, including health checks, immunisations, chronic disease management and cervical screening, tailored to your experience and training.

You will work closely with GPs and the wider practice team to deliver patient-centred care, maintain high standards of safety, and support vaccination programmes in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
• Immunisation and cervical screening training completed.
• UK registration and DBS disclosure required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of general practice nursing services including immunisations and health checks.
• Support chronic disease management and cervical screening activities.
• Work with GPs and the practice team to provide patient-centred care.
