Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in primary care or community healthcare.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient IT skills including EMIS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.
• Undertake patient assessments, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
• Identify and manage patients at risk and escalate concerns.
