Job summary

Bromsgrove and Redditch Citizens Advice is seeking two full-time Primary Care Finance Support Workers to join our team. You will operate across GP surgeries and support crisis referrals and clients with income maximisation and basic debt work.

Appointments are full-time (37 hours per week). Location includes Bromsgrove and Redditch, with a generous pension scheme and leave package. Successful candidates will be qualified Citizens Advice Advisers and join a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser.
• Experience in crisis referrals and supporting a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deal with crisis referrals and support a small caseload around income maximisation.
• Provide basic debt advice and signpost where appropriate.

Primary Care Finance Support Adviser x 2

CABR is a fast growing Citizens Advice Service. In the last four years we have moved from delivery at a single site to having sixteen outreaches; and have doubled the number of clients we are seeing. We are now looking for two full time Primary Care Finance Support Workers to join the team.

These roles will operate in and around the GP Surgeries and will deal with crisis referrals and support a small caseload around income maximisation and basic debt work.

Location: Working across the PCN estate in either Bromsgrove and Redditch

Hours: Full time (37hrs p/w) - We will consider trainee applications

Remuneration: NJC Pay scale 4 - £27,274 - £29,070 pa with generous leave package and 6% pension contribution.
