Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Digital Enablement Facilitator to drive digital transformation across Primary Care in Fife and beyond. You will implement, test and support new systems while coordinating with GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists and Optometrists to modernise services and improve patient outcomes.

You will join the GP Reprovisioning Programme Team and help deliver upgrades across 50 practices, with travel across Scotland and flexible hours to meet training delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital transformation in healthcare settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver training for staff on new systems.
• Comfort travelling across Scotland to deliver training and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital enablement initiatives across Primary Care and GP practices.
• Support testing, rollout and adoption of new clinical systems and upgrades.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists and Optometrists.
