Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for clinical and business systems and resolve user queries.
• Deliver training through classroom, virtual, e-learning and one-to-one methods.
• Support digital change programmes by communicating system updates and gathering user feedback.
• Undertake system administration tasks and help maintain data quality.
• Maintain mandatory training and participate in on-call rotas as required.
