Job summary

NHS Highland invites applications for a Senior Projects Manager to lead major digital transformation within the eHealth Projects Delivery Team. The post will drive delivery of the PACS and RIS projects and support transition to new clinical systems critical to radiology services and patient care.

You will work with clinical, operational, technical and supplier colleagues to plan, govern, report, and ensure benefits are realized.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale change across multiple stakeholders.
• Delivery of complex projects in health or public sector.
• Strong governance, reporting and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams and support decision‑making.
• Maintain clear reporting arrangements and governance across teams.
• Ensure benefits are documented and owned by the project.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and supplier teams to ensure delivery against milestones.
