Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Digital Enablement Facilitator to drive digital transformation across Primary Care in Fife and beyond. You will implement, test and support new systems while coordinating with GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists and Optometrists to modernise services and improve patient outcomes.

You will join the GP Reprovisioning Programme Team and help deliver upgrades across 50 practices, with travel across Scotland and flexible hours to meet training delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital transformation in healthcare settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver training for staff on new systems.
• Comfort travelling across Scotland to deliver training and support.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Primary Care Digital Enablement Team, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions across Fife.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Primary Care Digital Enablement Team, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions across Fife.

As a Digital Enablement Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives across Primary Care. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will support the successful implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and technologies.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists, and Optometrists, helping to modernise services and improve outcomes for patients.

The post holder will be part of the GP Reprovisioning Programme Team supporting our 50 practices implement new clinical systems and system upgrades over the coming year.

We are looking for an experienced Facilitator to deliver these changes to a range of clinical and non-clinical staff. You must be able to travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required, you should be able to flex working hours to meet the needs of training delivery.
