Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead key digital transformation projects within its eHealth Projects Delivery Team, initially delivering PACS and RIS and supporting transition to new clinical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale change in health/public sector.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across complex programmes.
• Strong planning, governance, reporting and benefits realisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of PACS and RIS projects and other digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and supplier teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management and milestone delivery are maintained.
• Maintain clear reporting and ensure benefits are owned and documented.
