Responsibilities

• Provide application support for clinical and business systems, diagnosing issues and resolving user queries.
• Deliver training through classroom, virtual and one-to-one methods and maintain materials.
• Support digital change programmes by communicating updates and gathering feedback following implementations.
• Undertake system administration activities, including configuration checks and data quality improvements.
• Maintain mandatory training and support audits and incident reviews.
