Qualifications

• Proven success in a Primary Care pharmaceutical or medical device sales role.
• Strong understanding of the NHS and Primary Care environment.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and account management skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory.
• Promote blood glucose monitoring technologies in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Deliver evidence-based educational discussions to healthcare professionals on diabetes management.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access to diabetes technologies in line with local priorities.
• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage key accounts, tailoring engagement strategies to local customer needs.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.
• Collaborate across functions to align with NHS priorities and business goals.
• Analyze local market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
