Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Primary Care Key Account Manager to drive diabetes care across Hertfordshire and West Essex. The role combines account management, education and customer engagement with Primary Care professionals to improve patient access to glucose monitoring solutions.

You will build relationships with NHS stakeholders, deliver evidence-based discussions, and develop territory plans to meet commercial objectives while collaborating across functions to align with local priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Primary Care pharmaceutical sales role.
• Strong understanding of the NHS and Primary Care environment.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory.
• Promote blood glucose monitoring technologies in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Deliver evidence-based educational discussions to healthcare professionals on diabetes management and monitoring solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access to diabetes technologies in line with local healthcare priorities.
• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage key accounts effectively, tailoring engagement strategies to local customer needs.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with local NHS priorities.
• Analyse local market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.
