Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Primary Care Key Account Manager to cover Sheffield and Rotherham in a field-based role focused on diabetes management solutions. You will engage with GPs, Practice and Diabetes Specialist Nurses, and Primary Care Networks to improve patient access to blood glucose monitoring technologies.

You will lead educational discussions, deliver evidence-based sessions, and develop territory business plans while collaborating with NHS priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Primary Care pharmaceutical sales role or medical device sales in Primary Care.
• Strong understanding of the NHS, Primary Care environment and local healthcare systems.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Diabetes/diagnostics experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory.
• Promote blood glucose monitoring technologies in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Deliver evidence-based educational discussions to healthcare professionals on diabetes management and monitoring solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access to diabetes technologies in line with local healthcare priorities.
• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage key accounts effectively, tailoring engagement strategies to local customer needs.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.
