Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Contract Business Analyst in the UK with strong experience in complex pricing catalogues, including hands-on Salesforce CPQ and EPC. You will translate pricing structures into clear requirements, collaborate with commercial, pricing and technical delivery teams, and drive UAT to ensure accurate pricing rules and product hierarchies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in complex product/pricing environments.
• Experience with CPQ and pricing catalogues in enterprise systems.
• Salesforce CPQ and EPC experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Product, Sales and Finance to document pricing rules and product structures.
• Map As-Is / To-Be catalogues, including bundles and tiered pricing.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin Given/When/Then).
• Collaborate with developers delivering Salesforce CPQ and EPC solutions.
• Coordinate complex UAT and test scenarios for pricing calculations and constraints.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams to ensure clear, accurate delivery.
