Job summary

Eaton Corporation in the UK is hiring for a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to govern pricing processes across CPQ and SAP, translating pricing policies into system logic, governance, and approval workflows. This hybrid role requires 25% travel and can be based in Slough or adjacent locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules.
• Own pricing‑related approval matrix and governance.
• Proactively drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Partner with CPRO and IT on sustainable end‑to‑end approval processes for flow and project sales.
• Drives standardization across CSOs on pricing processes, increase efficiency and drive change management.
