Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a specialist insurance provider to recruit a graduate Pricing Analyst in London. This hybrid role offers broad exposure to pricing, underwriting, fraud analytics and commercial decision-making within a high-performing team.

You'll develop pricing models, analyze portfolio performance and work closely with senior stakeholders. The role emphasises data pipelines, automation and the use of modern analytics tools to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience within personal lines pricing, ideally within insurance.
• Experience with pricing models, rating engines, analytics or portfolio performance analysis.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, modelling and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing pricing models across a range of insurance products.
• Analysing portfolio performance and producing insight-driven recommendations.
• Supporting risk modelling, fraud analytics and underwriting initiatives.
