Job summary

Wilmington plc (Mercia) is seeking a Pricing Manager to shape propositions and drive portfolio growth from a homebased UK base. You will design offers, bundles and pricing strategies across customer segments, with a focus on value differentiation and commercial performance.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product Managers to translate features into compelling propositions, lead GTM efforts, and enable Sales and Marketing with clear positioning and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, proposition management, portfolio management or commercial product roles.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and customer value propositions.
• Experience developing customer-focused offers, packages or service propositions.
• Ability to influence and work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Experience using customer insights and data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shaping Propositions: Developing propositions, offers and packages for different customer segments.
• Portfolio Growth: Designing and managing product bundles, packages and commercial models.
• Market Knowledge: Building insight into customer needs, behaviours and challenges.
• Product Collaboration: Partnering with Product Managers to understand product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Supporting Commercial Performance: Supporting pricing, packaging and commercial decision-making.
• Go-to-Market Activity: Leading the launch of new propositions and package enhancements.
