Qualifications

• Experience with pricing and data capture in a CRM system.
• Ability to gather project details from diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of pricing processes and DOA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pricing compliance and DOA on pricing requests.
• Make proactive calls to Architects, Designers, Contractors, Plumbers and Merchants to gather project details.
• Track projects in CRM and maintain data accuracy.
• Support mass updates to respond quickly while meeting SLA.
• Collaborate with External and Internal Sales teams to meet client expectations.
• Promote brand portfolio through calls, emails and meetings.
• Nurture relationships from pre-tender to order placement.
