Harnham, in partnership with a leading UK challenger bank, seeks an experienced leader to own pricing and product strategy for the Property portfolio. The role focuses on developing innovative products and optimizing pricing to boost profitability and customer growth.

You will work with the C-suite and stakeholders to shape pricing insights, forecast performance, and drive strategic initiatives across mortgage offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage space is essential.
• Proven ability to develop and lead product strategies, including new product development and enhancements.
• Experience in pricing analysis and pricing strategy, especially market and competitor analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand product strategy for the Property function, overseeing design and launch of new offerings while managing existing products.
• Own pricing structures and drive pricing insights to improve business performance.
• Analyse portfolio performance to inform innovation and forecast future developments.
• Collaborate with the C-suite and stakeholders to drive business strategy and report on Mortgage pricing and performance.
