Job summary

Harnham, in partnership with a leading UK challenger bank, seeks an experienced leader to own pricing and product strategy for the Property portfolio. The role focuses on developing innovative products and optimizing pricing to boost profitability and customer growth.

You will work with the C-suite and stakeholders to shape pricing insights, forecast performance, and drive strategic initiatives across mortgage offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage space is essential.
• Proven ability to develop and lead product strategies, including new product development and enhancements.
• Experience in pricing analysis and pricing strategy, especially market and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

We’ve partnered with a leading challenger bank in the UK that are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the pricing and product strategy across their Property portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone to work on an innovative new part of the business and take a leading role in building out the customer base to enhance the bank’s profitability.

THE ROLE

• Developing and expanding product strategy for the Property function, overseeing everything from innovative product design to the launch of groundbreaking new offerings, all while ensuring top-notch management of existing products.
• Owning existing product structured and pricing, driving insight into pricing structures to enhance business performance
• Analysing wider portfolio performance to drive innovation and forecast future developments
• Working closely with C-suite and stakeholders to drive business strategy and report on Mortgage pricing and performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Essential to have experience in the Mortgage space
• Strong experience in developing and leading implementation of product strategies, both with new product development and existing product enhancements
• Prior experience in pricing analysis and pricing strategy, particularly relating to market and competitor analysis
