Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage pricing and affordability modelling.
• Strong pricing governance, auditability and controls.
• Ability to translate market insight into pricing actions.

Responsibilities

• Shape mortgage pricing strategy with Product leadership and Head of Pricing.
• Own end-to-end mortgage pricing decisions from design to execution.
• Define pricing principles, guardrails and rate architecture for volatility.
• Define operating model, governance, and audit trail for pace-to-market.
• Balance volume, margin and credit risk within risk appetite and standards.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance and Risk to align pricing with funding.
