NFU Mutual is seeking a Lead Pricing & Modelling Analyst in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role supports the development and maintenance of General Insurance pricing models for home insurance, with 80% remote work and 20% office time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing or Data Science in financial services is desirable.
• Knowledge of pricing analysis, modelling techniques and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex data checks, monitoring and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain General Insurance pricing models.
• Support Home Technical Pricing for personal lines home insurance.
• Undertake pricing analysis, performance monitoring and model validation.
• Refine rating structures and contribute to pricing solutions.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Underwriting teams to deliver fair outcomes.
