We are looking for a talented Pricing Analyst to join our Home Technical Pricing team and support the delivery of our pricing strategy.* In this role, you will be aligned to our **Personal Lines Risk Pricing team**, contributing to the development, enhancement and maintenance of General Insurance pricing models, helping ensure they remain accurate, predictive and aligned to business objectives. You'll undertake a broad range of pricing analysis, performance monitoring and model validation activities, for our **home insurance products**, using data and insight to support informed pricing decisions. Working closely with colleagues across Pricing and Underwriting, you'll help refine rating structures, improve analytical processes and contribute to the development of pricing solutions that deliver fair outcomes for customers. You'll have opportunities to work with a variety of tools, techniques and data sources, developing your technical expertise while supporting business improvement initiatives.
