NFU Mutual is seeking a Pricing Data Scientist to lead behavioural modelling, R&D, and pricing analytics within the Pricing Development team. You will own models across personal and commercial lines, ensuring accuracy, compliance and actionable insights for decision making.

The role involves mentoring colleagues, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to transformation initiatives. Hybrid working with Stratford-upon-Avon office as a base.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing and data science modelling within a corporate setting.
• Strong technical capability in data analysis and modelling using SQL, Python or R.
• Proven ability to translate outputs into clear business insights and influence decisions.
