Job summary

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Midlands-based General Insurance organisation to recruit a Lead Pricing & Modelling Analyst. The role focuses on developing and refining General Insurance pricing models to deliver accurate, fair pricing outcomes for customers.

The position involves analytical pricing work, model validation, data analysis and close collaboration with Pricing and Underwriting teams, with a hybrid Midlands-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing, Data Science or similar analytical environment.
• Knowledge of pricing analysis, modelling techniques and statistics.
• Experience analysing, monitoring and validating complex data.
• Proficiency in R, Python or Emblem for pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain General Insurance pricing models.
• Undertake pricing analysis, performance monitoring and model validation.
• Analyse complex data to support informed pricing decisions.
• Work with Pricing and Underwriting stakeholders to improve rating structures.
