A bit about the job:
This role sits within Aviva’s Personal Lines team, working across PCW motor brands including Aviva Online, Aviva Zero and Quote Me Happy Connect. You will collaborate closely with teams across Analytics, Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Conduct and Compliance to deliver pricing insight and solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and supporting the development of innovative pricing solutions that drive commercial performance. The role includes evaluating the impact of pricing decisions, supporting technical analysis, and ensuring outputs align with business objectives. You will also play a key role in managing and developing a small team of Pricing Consultants, while ensuring customer and conduct outcomes remain at the heart of decision making.
