Job summary

Volter is seeking a Commercial & Pricing Associate in London to own the end-to-end pricing of high-volume tenders and RFQs, ensuring rapid responses meet SLAs and protect margins.

You will collaborate with managers, partners, and engineering to refine pricing strategies, build scalable tools, and accelerate the transition to renewable energy while delivering impact in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial, pricing or trading role.
• Experience handling live deal flows or structured products.
• Strong numerical ability and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pricing and structuring of high-volume tenders and RFQs.
• Collaborate with Managers and partners to refine pricing strategies based on market feedback.
• Partner with founders and engineering to identify bottlenecks and build scalable pricing tools.
