As a Preventative Maintenance Technician you will be self-driven, personable professional who instils a high priority on delivering the wow service to customers, as well as colleagues. Based in the field, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance of coffee machines as required. Maintenance of machines will include the sanitisation of water coolers, changing filters and completing ad-hoc preventative maintenance as required.

The Role - Preventative Maintenance Technician

• The delivery of exceptional customer service by carrying out a broad range of maintenance tasks, making sure all equipment is left in a good working order, with customers briefed on the issue.
• To execute corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure a high level of machine utilisation.
• To keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily / as required
• To comply with all on-site arrival procedures, making contact with the customer and professionally introducing yourself.
• To complete maintenance as required, ensuring customers are briefed on system use prior to leaving site
• To ensure you complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and supporting documentation as required, ensuring it is reviewed and completed prior to leaving premises, to validate client satisfaction.
• To provide agreed spare parts stocks via Eagle App to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory.
• To adhere to Health and Safety procedures, bringing any risks to the attention of the company management.

• Ability to pick up technical preventative maintenance tasks and processes quickly.
• An in-depth knowledge and passion to assist with the delivery of brilliant products and services for our customers
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to make difficult decisions- use of initiative in decision making process
• High level of customer service; takes pride in delivering a great service to others and checks work over to ensure it’s delivered to a high standard.
• Understanding of locations and road networks
