Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment seeks a Car Sales Executive for Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The role involves selling prestigious new vehicles and guiding customers through the buying journey at our Cribbs Causeway site.

The package includes a starting salary of £23,000 per annum, a fully expensed company car (if £19,000 pa salary taken), very high uncapped OTE, and excellent benefits. Full UK driving licence required with up to 6 points.

Qualifications

• Previous Car Sales experience or a minimum of 2 years in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Strong customer service attributes, capable of problem solving.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to developing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new cars and related services such as insurances.
• Support customers from first interaction to purchase and beyond.
• Engage with customers, identify needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
• Participate in comprehensive training and development programme to enhance selling skills.
