Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment seeks a Car Sales Executive for Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The role involves selling prestigious new vehicles and guiding customers through the buying journey at our Cribbs Causeway site.

The package includes a starting salary of £23,000 per annum, a fully expensed company car (if £19,000 pa salary taken), very high uncapped OTE, and excellent benefits. Full UK driving licence required with up to 6 points.

Qualifications

• Previous Car Sales experience or a minimum of 2 years in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Strong customer service attributes, capable of problem solving.

Car Sales Executive – Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, BS34

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at the Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site. You will be responsible for selling prestigious new vehicles and supporting customers through every step of the buying journey.

Package & Hours

• Starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000 pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• Excellent benefits including pension, holidays, etc.
• Great working environment at our prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience & Requirements

• Previous Car Sales experience or a minimum of 2 years in a target‑driven sales environment
• Target driven and commission led with strong potential to earn very well
• Strong customer service attributes, capable of problem solving
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to developing product knowledge
• Strong work ethic and inspiring attitude, taking ownership of work and contributing to team success
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
