Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in the Sussex area is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to lead servicing, complex fault-finding and repairs across a wide range of modern vehicles in a structured, high-performing workshop.

The role offers £40,000-£50,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 with no weekends, 28 days holiday (20 + 8 bank holidays), pension, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or time-served equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Advanced diagnostic, fault-finding, and mechanical repair capability.
• Strong team communication and 5-star service standards.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

• Perform mechanical repairs to high standards within a high-performing workshop.
